Storm pay is a US based company located in Clarksville Tennessee. (We have a staff member who lives near Clarksville checking to see if they have a real office.) Basically Storm Pay offers an online payment service similar to PayPal. The account can be funded by a credit card for a fee. You can also fund the account with money orders and online checks. Like PayPal, you may send funds to any recipient who has an e-mail address.

At a glance it looks like a less popular version of PayPal. It is more of an online payment service and appears to not be gold backed (like Pay Pal.)
